Yoder has been using the most advanced roll design software package in the world to aid design of roll form tooling. The dataM COPRA design software allows our designers to perform stress analysis of the metal as the forming process takes place. This feature enables the designer to determine the proper forming process before the rolls are even manufactured.
Having the best software is not enough though. The software is only an extension of a good designer. Fortunately, Yoder's design team is not only experienced but also knowledgeable. If Yoder can't do it, nobody can!
In addition, all the tooling that is designed by Yoder is made by Yoder. We have a complete machine shop equipped with the state-of-the-art CNC machining centers.
